i had the same problem years ago. i can't remember how i fixed it, but i think it had something to do with the screen resolution. i played with it and it went away.

its not your plotter that won't work in vista. the part of the program that connects from flexi to production manager doesn't work in vista. wipe the operating system and install XP or upgrade to 8.0.....

back in the day, I HAD one... i got rid of it as fast as i could.....

i use an excel spreadsheet i made up years ago. works for me. i have nothing agaisnt you or your company. i simply call it as i see it. it's not that i'm the forum police or anything, but it is a message board and being the owner of the company you sometimes need to show a little restraint....

i have had nothing but great success with the roland products i have purchased and used over the last 15 years. even the piece of shit PC-60 i bought, i still made money on it and got my money out of it when i sold it....bad machine, but the support was there....

i have a roland cx-500, i cut and weed .65" text flawlessly all day long. and lots of it!

i started out on the gerber systems, then used corel, but have stayed with flexi for the last 15 years or so. i would recommend flexi.

if the majority of your prints look like the palm tree, ie vector based simple basic shapes and your designing in cmyk, there is absolutly no need for color correction. turn it off, your machine will print faster because you can lower the resolution and get great prints. try it, it will work
