Make sure the blade holder is tight. Does it cut a clean circle or is it more of an octagon? If it is the octagon the whole carriage is loose. Its an easy fix but will take a little time and effort.

Try following these directions and let me know how it works for you. I tried going to 300 x 300 but it's blank. Keep in mind you have to publish to .pdf not export. Hope it works for you.

Not sure about Flexi but in Signlab I have to move the plotter so the blade is just inside the registration mark and then I hit "ok" and it finds the first and any others on the page most of the time.

Maybe pull out your manual and use that. Count each time you press the button to get to the correct screen based on the manual information. Whether its Japanese or American the Manuals are usually set up in the same manor. Or type up a word document with the directions in English with Japanese...

I have cut up to 30mil sand blast material with no problem but slowed the machine down because of the thickness of it. You should have no problem but as said by the previous poster you should install the Red blade holder with the correct blade as well.

Check your teflon cut strip, It may be badly worn in one area and that may be causing your problems.

I have cut down regular vinyl and had no problems with a chop saw. I have not cut banner but would think it should not be a problem unless its reinforced with nylon string. The string may cause problems with cutting it.
