agree the 4mm is too thin / weak of material
ACM is the option we would use, installation with a 2 sided visibility is 2 T-post and use a horizontal cross bar top and bottom 1x1 wood or some aluminum angle
typically made from corplast that has been scored & folded
You can also use coated cardboard if it will be for exterior usage
we prefer the 4mm material

if these are shooting targets then it assumed these are standard targets and as such it will be most effective to to a large QTY of signs via screen print / flatbed.
Here is an example saw the other day this gives you an idea of what the sign is supposed to be.

What is different from a tennis windscreen and mesh banner?
we have used mesh banner for several stadium / athletic courts and (knock on wood) every project turns out great and still going strong.
Have not seen the printer and the current owner is looking for the hardware.
Is it only one screw?
If they can't find the screw what is the screw? A common one or special to mutoh.
What about capping the head in fluid?

We are currently looking to pick up a used Mutoh Valuejet 1324X.
as such how does one go about properly prepping securing it for transportation?
we know how to lock the heads on our Roland printers but this is a first for handling a Mutoh
we would be hauling the printer in an enclosed cargo...
