I wasn't insinuating anything just trying to help you out.:thumb: Many people don't know about the free tech support and that you have to provide a user #.
My old HS15 plus had the same problem but my clamp was broken. I don't remember if I downloaded the instruction from Gerber's site or they sent it to me but it was available from them and quite easy to fix.
