    I don't use the adapter but I would definitely suggest updating your Software to 7.6v2 for free or go to Flexi 8 for an additional cost to eliminate the Gerber Edge bugs in that version of Flexi.

    In 7.6 there weren’t registration marks for the VersaCamm. To add reg marks go to Production Manager > Setup > Default Job Properties > Printer Options tab and place a checkmark in Print Crop Mark.

    Try the Bezier trace option. Use your path edit tools to smooth the lines.

    Dot Pattern with EDGE

    Lowering the LPI will make your halftone dots larger and help eliminate banding in the fade. Try GerberTone Long for the halftone setting.
