We use a saw-trax for the large sheets (4'x8') etc., then a table saw to cut it down to smaller size.

Definitely smaller, but nice setup. I wouldn't mind having a setup like this (and plan on something similar) when I start on my own. What kind of digital printer are you using that I see the w/ the digital printed vinyl?

Thanks, unfortunately at the time I work for one of "those guys" I'd say his name but some of you might know him. Those that DO know him probably feel the same way I do about him, but who knows..he's not computer savvy at all..doesn't even know how to check email (owns this sign shop, mind you)...

Also, not sure how much this will help or if this is the scenario but, are you sending the print with a bleed? If so, be sure to contur the actual cut lines only and send the other portion as clear (or color, doesn't matter from my experience), but don't delete them, it will throw it off. I...
