Yes, Yes, I would second that. After getting a flatbed printer, printing on magnets have gotten faster and easier. In roll to roll printing i think i have only seen it on the Stratojet roll printer, as that had the ability to adjust head height like flatbed printers..

If doing all the above doesn't resolve it could be related to the printhead. But if the printer is brand new that would be unusual. If all above doesn't work it could be the printheads as well, these heads are sensitive and this could be the issue too..
