  9. 3m perfect match red...what a f#@kn joke!

    I just recently had a call-out for this color. When I saw the color thought it was marked wrong. They should call it perfect match pink.

  10. Bit for aluminum composite

    I use a 3/16" bit #33476 from Belin. Feed rate of 80 and 18000 RPM's with light lubricant. Direction does matter, do a small sample going both ways to see what the better finish will be. http://www.belintools.com

    Haven't posted much myself, but have been been "lurking" for a couple of months, only a little over 20 years around sign shops (big and small). Have witnessed a few fingers laying around too. Welcome from just down the road in NoCal.

    Try Inkscape.org. Free to download and quick and super clean artwork. Ive been in the Biz for 20 years and used to use Derfs method quite a bit, but ever since I was turned on to Inkscape I rarely do anymore.
