There was an ongoing thread on Thunder Lasers that said they were very good. I have a Weike laser and like it I bought it from Automation Technologies in Chicago
I cut them all the time one way is use a pressure foot. the way I cut the kind like you show is to use 3m 77 to hold them to a scrap piece of sintra or coroplast then just peel them off and wipe them down

the company I cut for uses one to run their compressor. My father had one in his greenhouse to run a 15 HP water pump and a 10 hp motor on his boiler. my father depended on his for that was his business and needed it to make his living. both work very well
