There is a glass encoder disc inside the motor that needs cleaning. You need to remove the side panel to be able to remove the motor. Once you have it out, you need to unsolder the PCB to be able to clean the disk. Resolder and replace and you are good to go again.

You can use SG and SG2 profiles as well... When using SG, make sure they are for TR2 ink.
