i have the same one and have struggled with barcodes as well. Flexi prints the barcode in the wrong place to start with. I know one thing if the datalink isn't turned at won't do anything. I am interested in the same thing so I'll be watching for the answer too.
I am trying to figure the best vinyl to print my product labels with. I've tried several that seem to curl up and some even fall off. So, I'm looking for suggestions on what to else I can try. I'm printing with a Epson sc40600 and a fgraohrec fc9000-160. Thanks
I do our labels everyday the way you are describing above. I set my first cut -.001 which helps avoid seeing any white on the label. My second cut is at .051 and is the perf-cut which worked great. It generally works great with all software. After I remove the .15 in vinyl around the edge...
Unfortunately all of that has been done. You can also set the contour using conditions and edit settings of the cut in production manager. The problem is that production manager is unable to cut more than one contour alone. When others are added the first one takes on the settings no matter...
I use flexi regularly to design, print and cut our product labels. I cut the labels and then I perforate a quarter inch out so we can keep the ones we don't use for later. Anyway when 21 came out it screwed it all up. Everytime I try to do both now in the same rip, I can't save the settings...
Yes it works great with the rollups. Don't let the width be more than the piece you attach to and let it roll slowly with counter pressured the first time.
