same thing happened to my vp540 seems cheap and silly but i just wrapped some vinyl in place of the oring, it is still working after almost a year let us know where you find them please

that was my initial thought, customer has some old reflective lettering and it looks black it has probably lost its reflectiveness

im giving an estimate for some reflective lettering, i'll be using black oralite 5600 i know it is not completely black, is there any other reflective black that is rich black? thanks
