I have a 6-color design that I need printed on less than 10 shirts, maybe more, not sure yet. I don't have any t-shirt printing experience but I do know that screen printing them would be very expensive. I'm thinking heat transfer would be best? Who can help? I'm in the southeast, USA. Thanks!

My red is printing "splotchy". What's causing this? These were printed at the same time on a Gerber Edge 1 with a new(ish) Duracoat foil. My other colors are printing fine.

I would go with any alternative to adhesive vinyl. Even the low-tack stuff is going to be a pain to remove. I like the paper or banners ideas.

Do Pantone colors look correct on the screen but print wrong? Or the other way around?

I bought my first used Edge 1 in 1997 or 1998... sold it and the biz in 2005 but started getting back in to things last year. Bought back my old Edge and GsX15Plus from the guy I sold it to. It's like getting the band back together!

I guess I'm trying to say that the level of importance put on design is different depending on the shop. Could be 10% design service and 90% making what the customer wants or the other way around. Or somewhere in between. Some may be graphic design companies that also offer signs (or biz cards...
