Not sure, all I can tell you is I have the same printer, use Mutoh OEM Inks, I use that profile on RA 3651 and my the red that is in my logo prints just as red as it does on just about anything I put in it.
I do mine with 651 for $50 in town. Generally One Color White Vinyl.
I do at least one or two a week and I put them on on my way home. Generally paid in cash used for dinner that night.
However, there is no way I would go printed graphics, laminated or not for less than $90
And Hydrogen without Oxygen is just Hydrogen and I wouldn't go using that to put out a fire.
Besides the air release, Cast & Wrap have a completely different adhesive tack.
Cheapest I could get the price down to was $45 selecting it as a business presentation on a power point display.
Figured that would basically be what it would be but stilll... no way I'm paying $45 an image.
Still good resource for looking a pictures of where seams, curves and ridges might be...
We've got a gas station in an area that we service that started out as bulb replacement that has now escalated into changing sign panels on their pylon sign.
Job details were to remove the existing panels and replace them with new panels which describe the new selection of fuel.
So upon...
I saw potential for giving this to customer who need something better than a line drawing but to pay 5k for the graphic.. I don't think so.
Would be nice to legally be able to use this for my proofs but I can't see paying 5k for the picture.
I'm in the wrong business if these guys are making...
Want to say thanks to James and everyone else who helped out at FireSprint Printing.
Our largest single order of yard signs (500) at a rock bottom price to our customer left little room for mistakes and you guys were so great!
Pulled it off, got it to us right on time and the signs were great...
I would be worried too.
I wouldn't suggest using cast vinyl as a substitute for wrap material. If your graphic is so big that you have to have a channel, I wouldn't use 751.
If you are putting on lettering that might go over a rivet, 751 would be fine and a needle to release the air, a torch...
Why would they change the color?
Figure they would just announce they are going to "discontinue" a color and then introduce a new color to replace it.
Figured this would prevent people from ordering Golden Yellow to match something they've already got.
Just curious as I have job that used this...
Glad you were safe and you did what I would have done too.
Don't you need a special C&C to have a revolver?
I wouldn't have my gun in my hands, but it would definitely be on me.
Not that I know much about these laws because I live in the great state of IL. I keep mine hidden legally in my...
never going back to the way it used to be, thats for sure.
love the proof approval process so much I hate it when customers don't have an email address.
We've got the best UPS guy.
Pretty much 8:45 AM on the dot he honks as he drives by on his way to our dock. We meet him out there and get our stuff. No need to pay for early morning, unless he is on vacation.
He even buys signs from us for the plane he flies. (UPS Drivers make bank)
I hate the stuff. I think it feels cheap and cracks over time on the T-Shirt.
For those types of products I just outsource to a direct to garment printer that can print on black.
However I've never had any problems with Siser products in the past but I've met them at trade shows and they...
We learned a lesson on these banners.
Had a customer bring back a banner because the ink was worn on it. Turns out the ink was sticking to the hem that was folded in.
Now we keep the banners rolled out overnight or at least a few hours before we roll them print side in.
However we think...
Visit another sign shop that you want to be like. You could call it a mentor sign shop. Probably not going to get much cooperation from your direct competitors, but perhaps an hour drive or so, someone might be willing to give you a tour. See what they have, what they do and how they use...
I'm not sure why... Like I said the headset I have plugs into the receiver on the phone which uses a standard receiver wire (not sure of the name) I have yet to see a phone that doesn't use this standard wire that goes from the phone to the receiver.
This is my headset...
