I took the top off and ran a print. It's not the same file that was triggering the error but it seemed to have printed o.k. Now why would the case have anything to do with the cable if the cable doesn't touch the case while it's on?

I've done hundreds and hundreds of sets using convex, motowrap, and substance so I can't really help with the other brands. IMO, Substance is the best. The colors are vibrant, install is great, and the durability is fantastic. Convex would run a second with motowrap a distant third.

Hello, I've been having a massive problem that just started today with my vj1204. I'm running Orajet 3651 and need to run off 17 of these 7' decals. The picture is of the 3rd attempt at the decal. All 3 times the printer does this "reprint" error right around the 50-54" mark. I tried...

Chris, thanks for the offer to help. I just wanted to follow up on here incase someone else has this problem. I did some research on web and found a thread in SAi support forums. It ended up being a problem with the file "SAiLicSrv.exe". My Avast had quarantined the file for some reason...
