Made in Korea isn't necessarily a bad thing. LG, being a Korean company, probably makes their banner media in Korea. I have never received a bad roll of LG Bannux material in the 2 years I've been buying it. It comes in a proper box too, not a tube with 84 staples.
Oh yeah, I replaced it with a new Graphtec FC5100-75 (30") that still gets used daily. It cuts infinitely better than the Ioline did and nearly as well as my Gerber Envision 375 does.
I just followed this link. I wonder why they decided offer those 3 sizes. Seems silly to offer machines that can hold a max media width of 44", 52" and 74". Aren't most sign shop printers 54"?

I use a modified version of my modified GVCP profile for Specialty Materials' Colorprint product so I can't help with the profile's color settings but I can say my temp settings are preheat 35c and dryer off and the feed calibration is .05.
