  1. Getting Payment

I'd bet that one of the reasons you started your business was so that you could be the boss and make the rules. So, start acting like one. The Godfather would say..... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g2jAwiq6YsE
  2. Graphtec 5100-75 Questions

I've had mine for around 5 years. It has the ARMS system but I've never used it. Still works as well as the day I bought it.

  7. GRRRRR I hate banner vinyl...

Made in Korea isn't necessarily a bad thing. LG, being a Korean company, probably makes their banner media in Korea. I have never received a bad roll of LG Bannux material in the 2 years I've been buying it. It comes in a proper box too, not a tube with 84 staples.
  8. What'cha think of this design?

I would be recommending full color cards with a 3D ultrasound image on it. Seeing a 3D ultrasound image is what sells the service.
  9. Graphtec vs Summa cutters

Oh yeah, I replaced it with a new Graphtec FC5100-75 (30") that still gets used daily. It cuts infinitely better than the Ioline did and nearly as well as my Gerber Envision 375 does.
  10. Graphtec vs Summa cutters

I just followed this link. I wonder why they decided offer those 3 sizes. Seems silly to offer machines that can hold a max media width of 44", 52" and 74". Aren't most sign shop printers 54"? I owned an Ioline SmarTrac I/S 85 (34") for a few years. Sold it to a friend and it still works...
  11. BannerPro Banner Hemming & Pocket System???

In the video that Sticky Signs refers to in his OP, Tony Kimmen of DurableGraphix.com shows us the BannerPro that he's been using in his shop for the "past 30 days." I love strange coincidences. Like the one that DurableGrafix.com share the same mailing address as Supply55, the maker of the...
  12. BannerPro Banner Hemming & Pocket System???

I guess that explains it, Boss.
  13. BannerPro Banner Hemming & Pocket System???

Is "bossdg" your boss, "DG?" Today, in another thread, "bossdg" claimed "The pocket signs sell well as an alternative to Coroplast sign (more profit for us)" and yesterday you posted "The pocket signs are a big hit with our customers (and our employees) as they require less labor and cost...
  14. SP-300 profiles

I use a modified version of my modified GVCP profile for Specialty Materials' Colorprint product so I can't help with the profile's color settings but I can say my temp settings are preheat 35c and dryer off and the feed calibration is .05. You can try the Colorprint II profile here...
