How would you guys go about removing the old vinyl from the boat? It feels like some sort of sealer is over the bolted areas with vinyl towards the rear. Any idea on how to get past that?

Gotcha, so, tape the whole thing like I would a large cut vinyl decal and apply it using a vertical hinge? Sounds good :)

Wow, this was very helpful! Would using vinyl with an air egress such as 3M's IJ180C be good for an application like this? The water should affect it, right?

If I can draw ink through the heads, wouldn't that be a sign that the seals are good?

When you say, "Faulty cap top", do you mean the rubber seals on top of the capping station? Would that involve me purchasing a brand new capping station?

Why would cleaning make missing nozzles worse? This last week, if say I have a couple nozzles missing, I'll do a clean(power or standard), and it will make it way worse! I'll go from a couple to half of the nozzles missing on some colors. It's very frustrating. Basically, to get full nozzles...

I've recently replaced the heads on this printer, so I know the head cables are tight... And it did this even before then. :( I can haz a new HP L25500?

I'm not sure. They are always this size and in random places. It almost looks like 4 rows of nozzles.

When I do a large print, often times my printer will include these marks here and there throughout the print. Ticks me off. Almost makes my current print worthless unless I can figure out a way to hide it. But if I do another print, it will happen again. Any advice on how to fix this problem...

Gotcha. Thanks! I went ahead and masked it. You can actually see the lines from where the vinyl starts and stops, so hopefully that will work for him :) I'll recommend a dry install then.
