I have found "many" resellers of HP products but NO ONE willing to service an actual printer. Very frustrating. GRIMCO & Lexjet are more than happy to sell you the machine. After that, you are on your own.
We run a L260.
Is it advisable to run an ink cartridge after it's expiration date?
Will there be color shifts due to its expiration?
Just curious on how everyone handles it.
We are a medium volume shop that runs a L260. I'm trying to get an idea on what the life of the heating or curing elements are for the printer. Since it basically churns heat non-stop one of those elements is going to go sooner or later. Has anyone had to replace them & if so what kind of usage...
We closed shop for a week of summer vacation last week. Our L260 was in sleep mode for the week. Came back and we printed a couple poster jobs and the colors are very muted. Changed out the YW/BK printhead and it got slightly better. All of the other printheads are relatively new (less than 200...
Has anyone used the Grimco Briteline for window clings? How durable is it? We need to do a large run with a indoor mount material so it would need to be clear.
we are printing onto Hp Backlit material from our L260. Using the HP profile through Onyx. After we trim the backlit there is flaking along the edges sometimes. Is it a profile issue?
What is the best RIP fit for the HP L260?
Seems as though Onyx 11 is having some issues.
Is Caldera the way to go?
Currently we are running Postershop 10 and looking at an upgrade to run the L260.
Don't want to go the upgrade route to Onyx 11 if it is buggy.
We are looking into upgrading to a HP L260 latex.
Currently we have Postershop 10.0 in house.
Do we need to upgrade to 11 to run the L260?
Or should we look into another RIP that works better with the L260.
We primarily run posters, backlit & some banners.
Thanks!
