I have heard of the coating cracking and falling off too... The best mugs I was getting were from Thailand via Johnson Plastic. I think they now have engraved Thailand on the bottom of the mug too... Older cups just had a sticker I could remove.

The 60-7155 is the 1 part UV cure hard.
The 60-7156 is the 1 part UV cure soft.

I only do the hard and I am on 5th Gallon in 2 years. Love IT !!!

Grimco is the way to go.... They are my Blank Supplier....
Also with the new High Intensity Diamond Grade, the Translucent Blue, Green, and Red film is applied over the White.
I make Street Signs with the Film and only small stuff...

I have been using the UV Cure from wwwDOTepoxies.com Replace DOT.
I am on my 5th gallon in 3 years. I made the cure table with 3 four foot shop fixtures and UV Black Light's.

I have a few CIS systems for my Epson R1800 for Sublimation... They came from the Ink Supplier but for others I found them on eBay.
Getting empty carts that you can fill with cleaning solution is a great way to store a extra machine and use for cleaning a stubborn clog.

I was buying it 6 yards at a time on eBay. Looking for someone who has a old partial roll of RED or WHITE Reflective that they would sell. It won't be cut into letters so the glue is not that important.

I use white reflective on the back of Fire Dept Accountability boards. I am looking for some old 24 inch white reflective.
Anyone have some to sell? I have exhausted eBay...
Since I use it as sheeting and edge it, it can't come loose.

What are they used for?
You could make them out of Fiber Reinforced Plastic? FRP... I get it from Johnson Plastic for Sublimation in 12 x 24 sheets.
It is about .1 inch thick. I cut it into tags on my CarveWright Wood Working hobby CNC.
Never tried to cut Hardboard on the machine...
Search eBay for "Reel LED" and you will find a 5 meter roll of tape LED's. You can cut them ever 3 LED's They operate off of 12 volts DC.
They do have RGB versions that with the controller will change colors.
You could back route a groove in the back and fill it with 2 part clear epoxy...
Always be aware that the bottom layer of the ceramic mugs in the case can self destruct when you heat them due to shipping shock. The bottom cracks and falls out.
Also be sure to install a blank cup in the press just after you pull the one out that you are making. A cup press heating pad...
