  1. Gerber + flexi= smooth gradient?

    I can not seem to get a smooth gradient with my Gerber Edge. I'm using Flexi and the gradients have very noticeable steps(looks terrible). I'm using single spot color gradients and they just suck. Any tips or tricks?

  3. Cutting Speeds

    I found that its not the speed but how the material lays in my plotter whiched caused the punches to rip. Try babysitting your cutter( keeping the material from bunching) keeping light tension on either end of the material and this should help. Best of luck
