take a swab with cleaning fluid and gently apply it to the heads. draw the swab to you gently do not go back and forth. gently apply the fluid let it soak into the print heads, when you bring the head back home the fluid is drawn up. run clean a few times. it might be your heads got dried out...

another option is create another directory under that one. Drag the files into it if you ever need it you can always put it back. this also works for the templates that you create and ones you don't use. ps put the orginial icc and templates etc on another disk so you always have an orginal b/u

did you actually print a copy in pm and then it crashed. if you set up your pm to save copies of your print jobs you can rt click on the job and click on edit with. i save most of my print jobs in pm just for that reason. also if you dbl click on the job you can re-print and change number of...

When you say they flexi has never helped you is it in installing the program, or learning how to use the program. I use 3 very well know programs gerber, engravelab, and flexi. a couple of things that are important and you've heard before. Keep your c drive clean take off programs you don't use...

you are upset with flexi because they dont carry or support your disks any more, Ill bet you are more upset with windows because they don't support 3.1 or 95 any more.

if you saved in production manager instead of deleting and the the file is a fjb. try right clicking and go to edit with and select flexi to edit

i agree go to device manager look for the comport where the usb lives, go to production manager and select that comport. Its the same way when you have gerber and other devices that use serial ports and convert them to usb.

Another suggestion you probably downloaded the 10.0 software from the ftp site. i would suggest you download and re-install, after uninstalling the previous version. Make it a clean install. If you have'nt done this before go through flexi program and save your preferences the ones you created...

Graphic direct tech support 714-428-0060 try this number they are the real tech support for flexi. I dont believe flexi supports its own product anymore
