    Hi everyone! I am running Onyx 11, going to my HP L370. I am trying to print a file, at 25% for a hard copy proof. I change the size, then rip, and it won't rip to that reduced size. What am I doing wrong? I have done this many many times before, without problem. Thanks!!!

    I do not have it attached to the TUR. I will try that. This main issue is the client was very specific in requesting this brand and thickness, unfortunately.
