I did rasterize the file, but the output color is to far off from the original color and it is right next to a vectorized logo that prints perfect.
I'll look at the settings tomorrow am.....thanks for the help.
I have a customer supplied file, with an outer glow around the text. I save as an eps out of illustrator, rip to versaworks. When it prints I get a box around the outer glow area that is a few shades lighter then the background color......any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.....

I have had people stop in for decals or stripe kits for their cars and they want this and that.
I simply state that I'm a business to business shop and that the decals/wrap will never be as good as paint and then I recommend...

The client did indeed check his lease and signs with white backgrounds are not approved.

Long story short - I was hired by a company to produce a back-lit sign that was damaged in a small commerical plaza. Upon inspection of the existing sign cabinet it need to be replaced as well due to unfixable damage and years of band-aids.
