If there's (not) instructions for regular service of the height mechanism in the owners manual, and you've (not) been following them, then a reputable premium brand distributor would be crazy to not help you with instructions. Worst they can say is it'll cost you X$'s. More likely they'll help...
2x enlargement run through Topaz Photo AI.
Not as good as a real camera, but scarily useable. Render time around 45 seconds with six other programmes running.
Giga pixel barely touches the CPU - all on GPU. Base level M1 macbook runs rings around my dual xeon workstation with 8GB GPU (completes in 5% of the time). If you want to use this regularly in work, then get the appropriate tool to run it.
UI is thoroughly annoying, usual modern dumbed down...
Might a moderate UPS (or several), supplying the printer, PC and repeaters cover you for brief outages? We had an old server and phone system that would reboot/glitch all the time, that became well behaved with a UPS. Other kit would be fine, but some things would reboot, after the building...
Ran into this this week trying to help cut costs on an exhibition mounting onto 1.4mm mount board - I don't normally use this as it is cheap and nasty. 36x48" boards on a 41" roll of drytac SWA.
Reducing the nip on the rollers, and running sections of 10"x41" of the boards inbetween each sheet...

I really should shift my productive work away from the old MacPro 5,1, but it keeps my feet warm in winter.
Aaaas you know, I had these hats, of which seven are excellent, produced by a third party.
I've just been informed that following the recent Pantone renegotiation, my supplier's supply, and so by dint my supplier are no longer able to allowed to supply works using the specific colour thread...
I still suggest the UK forum - there may be some one local there with an old faithful sat in the corner, powered down, because the replacement unit came in. There maybe someone who'll give you an hour or two to pull a board and help you turn your machine around
Plenty of us have been where you...
Aside from the technical issues, where you're getting Expert_Support, if you've got orders that are getting old, or potential print work for valued customers, it might be worth putting a shout out on uk sign boards. A few folks on there who could recommend a trade supplier, or a local firm to...
Local model making shop, Art shops and small galleries/framers. We print "fine art" photographic on lovely papers, and a lot our customers like to get work flat packed; this would work great, and they can tape all four sides and it's weather proofed for pick up or post. Chop them down to 24.5"...
Too late now, but take file,cConvert to prophoto RGB. Assign sRGB. On a cheapass screen, they might not notice, but print results likely be less than pretty (assuming their printer is capable of printing colours half way accurate).
Very useful.
Interesting that you've managed to employ soothsayers.
