Sightline what would be your recommendation when designing a wrap at full size with text in the design in order to have a crisp font. I could design the text in illy the bring it into photoshop and just open it at 72dpi?? Would that work, Should I have the dpi at 150?

I had a similar problem with mine printing from flexi. It lays to much ink and the profiles are not correct. Once i got versaworks everything worked out so much better. Versaworks is the way to go to fix your problem.
