    Hello I need help if you guys can! I have a yellow shadow on my prints. It is most noticeable on black??? It seems like it is off to the front and right of the machine facing(just like a drop shadow.....any suggestions???? Thank you Dennis

    I have a Yellow haze that comes and goes...mostly comes ...sometimes it is very small as in 1'16 of an inch????Occurs on mostly black or dark green????:banghead:

    I think I fixed it... I calibrated the machine except for one Fine Y re.....would come up.... ERR scan??????It seems to be a lot better I see no yellow haze to one side..........yellow haze up in my brain.......scuse me while I kick this thang...guitar!!!!!

    What is the fastest way to align just my yellow head...all others seem okay . I did the first 2 print tests for slant and the one with the straight line all the way across and it seems okay. Can any one help me??? Thank yoy!!!!!!:banghead:

    Thank you Usually it is something someone else has designed in illustrator and it doesn't translate well to Flexi i may have to change the gradient color......they sent me I can usually print right from Illustrator but the contour cut thing is giving me fits
