I'm doing a job for a customer that wants 36" x 240" pole banners for the side of a parking garage. My first thought is that is a lot of surface area for wind to catch hold of. For hemming banners with tape I start in the middle of the banner and work outwards. Then hit it with a roller. I am going to put my Royal Sovereign rbw-1500 banner welder up for sale soon. I wasn't sure if you wanted to start welding them instead of using banner tape.

You all should move into an industrial setting where you won't get walk up business. A long time ago I worked for a couple sign companies that were in strip malls. We would get all types walk-ins of annoying requests that are a waste of time. Never again.

I dont think its a banner. Its a huge roll of vinyl fencing that is screen printed directly to.
