Does anyone know where to get this type of fencing done? It looks like its just screened on there. A customer of mine wants to do this type of work for events they have. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be appreciated.
I'm not able to attend. I really wanted to go though. I got a pretty good quote from NGlantz and also a quote from Mid west. I contacted Tubelite but they haven't contacted me yet. NGlantz is offering a $1000 show discount and also free shipping and install.
Great to hear. Also thanks for the fast response! I am looking forward to getting this to make our work flow go faster and less reprints not that we have a lot of reprints now. We use the big squeegee which is an awesome tool but with coroplast it leaves air in the channels that needs to be...
Hi CL,
I was looking at a laminate table and I narrowed it down to the Roll-X. After owning it for several months what are your thoughts? Would you recommend it? Any bugs in the machine that you are noticing?
Thanks!
Absolutely. We have switched to 10mm coroplast (about 8 years ago) for almost every exterior sign. We do a lot of commercial real estate signs we use it for. We don't ever suggest MDO unless a customer requests it. We have seen 10mm coro last just as long if not longer than MDO outdoors. It can...
My pantone chart is still there. It is saved locally on the computer.....
( C: ) > Program Files (x86) > SAi > SAi Production Suite Cloud > Swatch > Library > Pantone
I made a copy of it just in case. The pantone chart is very important to printing.
I use 35c and 40 c all the time. I really don't think the smell is strong. The vinyl that has a really pungent smell is 180c. That stuff will curl your nose hairs. lol
Our sales in real estate have been taking off this year that can justify a flatbed printer. I was also looking into the FB750 and worried about ink adhesion to ACM and Coroplast. It seems that you need to buy the correct versions of the boards that hold the ink better which are about double the...
I've had one for a few weeks and look forward to using it every time. It works great and produces nice welds. It gets some getting use to though. The longest banner I've done with it is a 3'x32' banner. It even welds mesh banners very nicely. Just have to dial down the heat, speed and fan from...
Cutting .080 is possible with a 52" foot shear. I have one a cut dibond, .040 aluminum on it all the time. Although I don't really like cutting .080 because it is harder and you really have to get on the shear with a lot of force and i'm about 225 pounds. I have a Northern Industrial Foot Shear.
