Personally, I always referred to a cut vinyl such as letters as decals. Printed vinyl I call stickers it they are small and a circle or rectangle. If they are contour cut in a special shape like a customer logo and are say for a car door I call that too a decal.
So basically my thought is if...
I agree about the pricing some shops are using being ridiculous. It's like they forgot they just bought a Ferrari for their taxi company and giving rides around town cheaper than in their Toyota Camry.
on my 360 I am using the Ultraflex Ultma Pro profile for Ultraflex Super Print 13 oz banner. It prints perfectly!
I have to assume that the profile you are using is not letting your inks cure properly.

When I upgraded my computer several months back I ran in the same issue with connecting my Graphtec. I called Graphtec and they told me to get one A Keyspan High-Speed USB to Serial Adapter...
I was hoping someone here could help. I am looking for a drawing of a light box with divider bars. I need to build just a face of the light box with 1" square tubing , h molding, L molding and divider bars. Including the edge frame. It will be built to hold ACM panels on a non lit monument sign...
Your title reminded me of this video. It's interesting to see how they hung this sign.

I ended up buying one from Grimco. My first job on it was (12) 5'x10' 15oz banners. It was a struggle at first but I have it pretty well down now. I will post some photos and more detail later. I even made a couple banners for a parade that had a pole pocket that came out really nice. Right now...
I'd do cast or dimensional channel letter that stands on the top of the wall. The finish I opuld chose would be a chrome or, brushed aluminum or silver letter. That would look great with the mirror windows. This would look the best and add some height to that short wall not to mention help it...
From my understanding is that a lady that used to work for Fellers bought all the equipment and started the company Quick Stitch banners. She has made some banners for me and they are great quality and they get them out really quick.

I once ordered (4) 5"x30" printed 13oz black banners with no hems or grommets that said " Now Open" to cover text on an existing banners. They sent me (4) 5 FOOT X 30 FOOT BANNERS. :omg:
I have the 52" (I think that's the size) BS and it's pretty great tool. Only thing I have a problem is that when mounting a 4x8 print the far side from my reach has to be worked down with a squeegee afterwards. I can seem to get enough pressure on that end to not have bubbles. Any fix in my...
I don't think any vinyl decal will last on a wooden bat. I put a decal on a wooden bat of mine an it was getting messed up by the ball hitting it. Unless he applies it to the unfinished bat then applied some sort of lacquer as a protective coating. My guess to use the thinest high performance...
Good to hear. I hope these weld samples I get from RS look good. I like the idea of not having to buy any extra supplies like needles or thread with a welder.
I was looking at the Miller T3 and thought it looked to be a great machine. I looked everywhere and couldn't find a price on it. So...
I talked to someone over at RS headquarters. He said they are not coming out with a new machine. They just put new electronics in and a wider heating element or roller. He is going to send me some samples. It's either this or a Juki sewing machine. I got to decide soon.
