Hi, I have a few I-bond sheet (1 meter x 1 meter) to cover with Oraguard 372 (you know, anti-graffiti film) and I can´t use a laminator. What´s the ideal way to do this? I did the first of them wet but it was not fun. The film is so thin... EDIT: Done.

When I print stickers to be contourcut in shape, print is slightly less in length than the original file. I mean that when I try to print let´s say 1000mm (file) then the actual print is 996mm. Now, when contourcutting using three reg marks the cut is not exactly where it should be. How shall I...

Hello, just managed to change the headboard on my Rockhopper and got it up and running. Printed fine and all is well until it just stops in the middle of a test run. No power what so ever! Is there some sort of main fuse on the motherboard that could have blown? Sorry, works again. Wasn´t a fuse.

Hi guys! After I changed the clogged black print head the new started to flood ink. I mean seriously flood. Here´s a picture how it prints now. The other head prints fine, it´s just this new. What went wrong? Can I fix it?

Hi all, my Rockhopper will not print black as it should. I know that the first thing is to make sure that the print heads are clean and all the nozzles work as they should (well, the black is still 85%). That´s been done. Dampers seem to be ok, but the black is about half and the others are...

Yesterday I was printing and noticed that the ink was kind of floating on the vinyl and realised that the fixer didn´t heat up. Tried different degrees, but no change, it just stays on the room temp (23-24 degrees Celsius). Is there any other cure than replacing the whole fixer? Finnish dealer...
