    Tire Tracks on my Banners

    We had the same problem on our new HP 28500. It seemed to get better with MATTE banner material, not GLOSS. Also, we added a 6" - 10" blank margin at the top of the print, so that the machine and the material are definitely at the proper temperature when the ink stars to flow. Good Luck!
