I would use cardboard to get end radius and simple height & width for pattern. Trim cap on acrylic is a tried and true method that's been used for channel letters for at least my 35 years of making signs. Noticed the face appears to be at least 10', if not 12' long. Also consider for that many channel letters you would have 40 holes for electrical and around 150 to mount the letters. Damn, that's a lot of silicone and lot of places to leak.

That is a bad design. Awful. Are those green strips really long straight fairways or where the wheat is supposed to grow? Go buy Mike Stevens book Mastering Layout and loan it to whoever drew this, or better yet gift it to them.

I do annual school team sponsor signs in a local gym. I post them in the fall each year an remove the ones that don't renew. The parent in charge of the fundraiser sent me the New List, but ask me why I needed a list of the Renewals. 'So I know which ones to leave posted". Duh. BTW, She is a nurse.
