Why are you printing process ? Is it because your trying to make the grey ? Why not just use spot grey. I never had much success with printing process. I never tried using Flexi to the Gerber, so I can't help you there.

You may not need to replace it. Most problems with it is being dirty. Take the door and top cover off. The important part of the strip is sticking out the top of the frame. Use a dry soft tissue or something and wipe both sides . You have to move the head out of the way to get the entire strip.

Been trying to paint fill the letters (black) of engraved brass. Seems easy, but it's really a pain. Been using regular paint, enamel paint, ink etc. It doesn't seem to be durable. It easily flakes or scrapes off. Can anyone enlighten me what to use and how to do it properly
