You are right, some of the vinly when heat by UV lamps it becomes brittle, but it is also depends on the inks. We have encounter the issues before, when change to other brand and type UV ink, it works. I used to work in Flora for five years. :peace!:

if you want strong adhesion, go for 7600. But seems 7600 need more UV curing power.

Good quality, but less resolution compare to CE4 heads, I have 550GT and 318GL in my room, I can see the operator of 318GL always sleepy as the slow speed make it boring... Anyhow, print not for signs, but for iphone case seems acceptable. or other small jobs or photographs.. So far so good..
