    Not sure about the general workflow out there, we print a lot of 2, 3 and 4mm sheets abs. 1.2m x 2.5m. We print the sheet then liquid lam the whole sheet, then we router, or panel saw after that with absolutely no ink or lam chipping on the edges. Will the clear coat spray also hold just as well ?

    +1 for Nate.... Any way we also moved to caldera, but what I can recall, I know onyx10 , you could select your cutter in preflight ... so just apply without a cutter selected, and you will see all your cutcontours, then make sure to select yr cutter again and apply befor submitting

    When u are preflighting, make sure when u select your printer, the right media width is selected as well. Onyx has the tendancy to auto adjust your image to the default page width. If the size u need is not available, u can add page sizes to your printer , in your "manage printers"option

    If you plan to print with UV inks , then hot lamination is a must, as the ink sits on the surface and the lam must be "soft" enough to get a good finish.

    Do you have both these machines? I have the 1.5m latex, and the backlits are quiet good, and we are installing the p10 250, in November. I have seen the reverse print backlit with white over sample, and it looks great. We have the rho 500r, and we sell lots of backlit production of that machine...
