The picture isn't big enough to get a great match. But Aichel (Reg) is the best match I could find. If you could upload a larger picture I'd be happy to run it again.
  2. Marketing

I traded a local country radio station some banners for 140 10 sec. radio ads. They just started yesterday and my phone has been blowing up!
  3. High Temp Vinyl???

I just talked to them a few minutes ago and 225 will do the trick. It was explained to me that they had it up to 300 once when "curing" it whatever that is and it is only done once. Also, because of the insulation the external temperature never exceeds 175 degrees while in use even when the...

  5. High Temp Vinyl???

I'm just worried about sustained heat up to 300 degrees for around 10-12 hours at a time.
  6. High Temp Vinyl???

A local BBQ team asked for a quote to replace the graphics on their smoker. They showed me a picture (I will post it once it has been forwarded to me) of a full color graphic on the back of their smoker (apx. 24" x 36"). I was told the max temperature is 300 degrees, though it is typically...
  7. Does anyone know of a removable adhesive vinyl that isnt 54" wide?

I just picked up a roll from Grimco yesterday that I had them cut down into a 30" roll and 24" roll. They charge $1.00 per cut at the St. Louis location.
  8. Problem with Perf Cutting on SP-300V

Thanks for the comments guys. This is about perf cutting, not cutting perforated material. I've just been using the standard VW settings under the cut configuration (1.8" Cut / 0.019" perf) w/ 195g cut force. Now that you mention it I think that reducing that number on smaller decals would be a...
  9. Problem with Perf Cutting on SP-300V

I don't do too much perf cutting, so I hope this is an easy fix. When I am having it perf cut rectangles (small american flag) the corners seem to tear and the media then gets jammed and subsequently ruined. Is there a setting of some sort to help with this at all? Or is this just the nature of...

  12. SP-300V Cutting issue

    Perfect! Thank You!
  13. SP-300V Cutting issue

Sounds like over printing may be the best solution as this only seems to happen on smaller designs. Is this a setting on the printer? Or do you set it up when you're laying out the design?
  14. SP-300V Cutting issue

The tech came and calibrated it when it was serviced about 6 weeks ago, but not since then.
  15. SP-300V Cutting issue

If this is mentioned somewhere else I apologize in advance (I wasn't able to find it). Recently the SP-300V has been cutting off to the bottom right a bit more than it should leaving exposed white vinyl (see attached pic). I've looked through the manual and the instructions on adjusting the...
  16. Ink replacement question

I've got the same printer, bought it used from a guy who used some ink brand I'd never heard of and I switched to Roland OEM and I just did a heavy head cleaning and haven't had any issues.
  17. Roland Versaworks HELP

Just dealt with this issue last week. Turn everything off. While off replace data cable With a new one and use a different USB slot on your computer. Then reboot. At least for me this solved the issue.
  18. font id please

Closest I could find is GingerFT but even then it appears the font has been stretched a bit.
  19. Splitback Paper

Olfa Top Sheet Cutter. Costs about $12 from anywhere and works great.
  20. Opinion on 2 versions of logo.

They both look good. Biggest issue I see with the logo on the left is that "universe" is difficult to read with the dark background. Not enough contrast.
