yup, its not a driver as much as it is a patch that will bump up your finecut to work with version 13, and yes, omar can get that for you

we have never had full success with bulk ink systems... make sure you are putting all of the heads back into the original place, as they have head ids on them...also, was the machine off completly when you were working on/around the heads/boards?

are you opening the valve before you try to draw ink through the line? pretty important question to ask because if the valve is closed...well then you can't draw ink through a line.. :)
