I believe the printer automatically measuring (though obviously incorrectly) to be the problem. It looks like it's reading it at 24" and I don't see a way to fix that. The RIP program is at 27", I created a profile just for it.

Hey all, hopefully one of you can help me out. I was plotting on the Mimaki this morning and it looks like the blade pulled back on a large section of the vinyl and backing and got jammed. I cleared out the vinyl and wiped the blade no problem but now my pressure settings are all WAY off...

I don't think so, seems to have trouble just as much on the beginning of a roll as the end.

I should also note that it isn't every print. I mean literally the same thing can be printed twice and one will be off and the other can be fine.
