    Ok, not a great day here at the old shop - Now the edge just started getting a hairline just over 2 inches down from the top doesn't print - I've cleaned the head with the cleaner, I've cleaned the whole inside of edge - not sure where to go next - thanks for the input

    well after replacing the washer it is still doing it - so thanks to all for suggestions and i will be moving on with taking the cover off, cleaning the entire thing and hopefully solving my problem - thanks again y'all.

    Any idea's on what i should do with this little delema? We have a GS15 plus - as of about a week ago, it'll cut and cut and cut and be fine, then all the sudden when the knife decided to cut the left corner two letters, then go all the way down to the right corner to cut a dot, then all the way...

    i get the power point presentation's also - from the same guy everytime -and everytime i say "hey, just print that out and fax it to me, cuz how you do it doesn't work" and he still sends it - everytime - i'm talking like twice a week he does this - i'm sure he was someone's 12 year old nephew...
  15. Gerber GS15 PLUS cutting problem?

    We've got a GS15plus that has been around a LONG time - doesn't do the exact same thing as you're saying (1/2" and all) but once a week or so it will just decide to move cutting in the middle of a large long run and then bunk half the job - just gettin' old i guess
