    We have been using Sihl 13 oz 3107 matte banner media. The last 4 rolls we received were bad. Dents and buckle problems. Anyone have a suggestion on 13 oz 48" media in matte other than Sihl, need something asap, we have 18 4x8 banners due in a week. Thanks

  3. Mutoh dumped ink waste bottle

    Just came in this morning and had to do some printing, fired it up and the waste bottle was filled and dumped a yellow and a full mmagenta cartridge in it. What will cause this, lines, capping station?

    I am trying to install the onyx mutoh rip version but after installing I am trying to install this printer and it is not listed on the hasp. It is the Mutoh falcon outdoor 48" Anyone know the magic trick on this one Thanks

    On a Mutoh Falcon Outoors with Eco Ultra inks can the heat settings be too high / We are printing 15 Oz banner material and the black is running over the red when we print. Heat is set at 65C Thanks in advance

  7. Printspped on mutoh Falcon outdoor

    Just got this unit and was wondering at 720x720 for a 3x7 ft banner what the timeframe would be from start to finish printing. Looks like from our side it will take 2 hours? Seems realy slow, 10 sq ft an hr?
