    Will try it tomorrow, thanks for the help. Already noticed today that with a lower heat setting the vertical banding is less.

    On a Mutoh Falcon Outoors with Eco Ultra inks can the heat settings be too high / We are printing 15 Oz banner material and the black is running over the red when we print. Heat is set at 65C Thanks in advance

    How does Mutoh come up wih their specs at 37sq ft hr at 720 x 720 dpi uni directional. We printed a 3 x 7 ft banner and 2 hrs later it was done 10.5 sq ft an hour? Also at bi directional the quality is not near as good

    Just got this unit and was wondering at 720x720 for a 3x7 ft banner what the timeframe would be from start to finish printing. Looks like from our side it will take 2 hours? Seems realy slow, 10 sq ft an hr?

  11. Dislike Flexi

    The main thing is the RIP for printing, check around a decent rip starts at 3K and up! I love it Flexi pro works perfect for us, for printing and cutting. Just my 2 cents though

  15. What kind of shop do you have?

    26 x 26 ft converted commercial garage 2 bay area on Hw 66, printers, cutters and pc's on one side plus customer counter. Other bay serves as construction and installation area. We are running out of room so hope to expand to larger building pretty soon.

  18. In Flexi how do you print just 1 panel at a time?

    Go to rip and print, on the screen where the seperate panels show up just click on the panels that do not require printing and they will mask of ( looks like wire panels) Just the panel that does need printing will be left exposed just send and that panel will be printed

  19. Help! Won't Cut evenly

    Try to replace the blade / check the blade holder make sure it is clean( dust etc) Or if the cutter has a teflon strip replace it. Any of the above could solve your problem
