I suggest you get in touch with member BigFishDM, he's got all kinds of media (including adhesive vinyl) for your aqueous printer at good prices and awesome service.

check this out: http://www.buyheatshrink.com/heat-shrink-label-printers/ looks like it's done with thermal printing. They've got a printer available for a bit over 500 bucks. At that size order, it might be worth the investment for your shop?

I don't know how it's done, but in my past life in the theatre, I have ordered from the fine folks at heatshrink.com and was very pleased with the results. Might be worth a call to them to see if they'd wholesale it to you.

It does have pigment inks (assuming it hasn't been converted over to dye inks for screen printing positive films). If you were to get the appropriate aqueous printable vinyl and laminated the resulting output, you could get some short-term stickers out of it.
