    cgv. Thanks for your input, however my feeling is that telling a customer to go s__ themselves will not insure repeat business. Perhaps you meant: "go smile yourself." Since it is not fully typed, this would be, in my estimation, the most rational choice of words when dealing with clients.

    We requested a sample of Vandal Guard. After keeping a dry erase mark on it for over a week it erases with zero ghosting.

    Thanks AlsEU that was a huge help. Turns out the data relay board was the culprit for the strips of garble. Ultimately, the printer stopped working completely due to a fried power source. The mother board was shot, as well as the circuit board on the carriage. There was also a short on one...
