I have had absolutely zero problems with signs365.com ....their sq ft price may be a bit higher than others but the $10 over night flat fee shipping more than makes up for it. I just did (2) 9ftx60ft banners with them...got them the next day, over nighted...shipping cost = $10...cant beat...

Why would you want to charge the customer for using this? It should take you/your designer out of the loop, in theory...just print what they design and collect the payment...

my advice would be not to put a $$$ amount on removing that old decal. That can bite you in the *** big time. I would make him remove it, or have him handle that part. Thats a can of worms you dont wanna open. The rest is pretty simple!
