You might try increasing the force on your pinch rollers. I was having a similar issue but as soon as I increased the pinch roller force it was cutting back on track.

I have Clear Coated Carbon Fiber vinyl with no luck, the clear coat filled the texture and gave it all a uniform gloss, in the end it looked like a clear coated sheet of solid black vinyl.

I also Prefer Substance Media. To me it seemed like it conformed a little better.

The only perf I have ever used I got from Signworld. Works great, printed great, and is actually holding up longer than the customer expected it to. I used 1/4inch black pinstripe tape to seal the edges down.
