We are getting our new HP Latex 360 installed next week. Does anyone have any experience printing Fabric backlit material (similar to backlits at the Apple stores) through the 360? And if so, what material(s) work best for you? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

HP has such a racket going with these Ink boxes/profiler chips. What we did was save all of our "expired" boxes of ink(that actually had about 25% ink left in them) and then cut the bags open and combined them into one box, then we contacted HP and gave them the # on the box we filled up and...

We are an in-house print operation for a huge Medical company. We might use it 3 days a week and lightly at that. We were looking into getting a 360, but do you think this may be good enough for us? We will be printing Dreamscape Suede and retractable banners mostly. Any feedback is appreciated.

We put the tape on the backside. When that section gets to the end of the last turn and is getting close to the printing area, that's about all the space you have to work with. You want to stop it before it gets close to the printhead area.

What we do is when it gets close to the end of the roll, we gently pull the paper off the core while its printing and tape some kraft paper to the end, so it tricks the machine into thinking theres more paper there. You have to make sure you tape it straight and kink free to feed thru without...

Im finding them on Craigslist. Also, I have been lucky on the newly listed section of ebay large format printers. Thats how we found a Seal Image 62 laminator for $2500 about a year ago. They are out there. Of course, some printers are dried up and not worth it, but some are in great condition...

yeah, don't buy new. You can find several used ones in good condition out on the interweb. You'll probably save a good 20k....Just a thought..... Unless you wanna spend $25k....
