I am fixing to take my heads out and do a ultrasonic cleaning of them. Is there anything once I get done as far as head alignment or head ranks, anything like that, that I will have to do once I put them back in? Also is there a special way to take them out where I won't have to do that?

what causes eyebrows in printing?

that is what the maint man describes them as, they are like line that come off say of every letter just small ink lines

ok i have done head soak and changed all dampers, along with put an oem capping station on it. now im getting eyebrows, what causes that?
