This may be my lack of life and world experience, but wouldn't you want to expand on the resources to support the people already there before even considering more housing? In my town we have plenty of water, but we have to have three redundancies in place in case one of our electricity sources...

I got the frosted sparkle! Stephanie at Fellers was super helpful in making sure the amount we needed got out right away and keeping up with us during the shipping process. Now to get the vinyl applied to the door.

After trying to contact a few of the big supplier names I saw here, I got a response from Fellers. I should have the vinyl I need in about a week! I'll post an update (and hopefully happy ending) when it arrives.

So setting the context, I got a request for new window film on a conference room door at the library due before their event in early December. By mid October everything's set, I got the Avery frosted sparkle window film ordered, life's good and everybody's happy. The vinyl is expected to arrive...

I did look up the Shelf Talkers, and they were not what I needed for the original job. The aisle signs I was referring to were the ones that hang from the ceiling. However, I did learn something new, so thank you again! :)

We were trying to get the 1 mil PVC Gino recommended from our supplier at the time, but apparently the shipment they "sent out" was never actually sent out because they were going out of business. We did find another nearby supplier pretty quickly and they got us a couple of really nice sheets...

Why would it stay still, though? The plane itself is generating a force to push it forward (the jets), and because every action has to have an equal and opposite reaction, that is usually enough to start pushing it forward. In this case, the plane does not need an outside force to start going.
