Hi, It's a sad thing but I think that 90%-95% of all the spare parts are made in China. Even the ones looking "original". All you need to do is to find a trustful supplier with good "non-OEM" spare parts.

If the feed calibration is ok, then you might try to slow down the print-head speed from versa works. This should help. Also, try to change the ICC profile you're using or some color management settings.

I can see that you have to do the horizontal and bias adjustment for the heads in the service mode. Some lost nozzles on Bk but you will survive. Call a tech to do the Head Adjustment in Service mode. Regards,
