oracal makes a flat black wrap material, i know avery does as well, im sure almost every manufacturer has a product no need to print all that color.

vinyl off is pretty good, but be careful around plastic components. ask me how i learned that. for a big job like the one shown i think id try the eraser.

One word. Ridiculous. In a very good way stellar work.

rapid tac II or lay dry. clean and degrease fast. especially if you are not accustomed to cold weather your hands will be freezing, and then when you cant feel them it gets tough.

mosh i could but i would rather toss someone a few bucks to cut it given its a fluorescent vinyl and i really dont feel like screwing it up because its not cheap to redo.

I have customer looking to have decals cut in bright (fluorescent) orange. These are going to be put on vehicles. He has had them done in the past, and the vinyl held up he said, but the color faded in 3 months. Anyone have recommendations and what vinyls hold up to uv best?

I personally use an oyo imagesetter, but alot of people recommend epsons with proper media. Since you are using a laser have you tried a toner darkening spray (cheap first option).
